Where do you ship?

International shipping is now available! Orders within Finland are sent with Posti standard domestic shipping. International orders are shipped using Priority international shipping. At this moment, tracking is unfortunately not available.


How long will shipping take?

All orders will be dispatched between 1-5 days. Orders within Finland should arrive within four working days after being sent. 


Estimated delivery times for the rest of the world:

Nordic countries + Central Europe: 2-5 working days

Rest of Europe: 3-6 working days

Other (large cities): 4-10 working days


What are the available payment methods?

Below I have listed each currently available payment method. Please note that not all payment methods are available for international orders.

1. Credit card

Stripe is an online payment processing and credit card processing platform for businesses.  Stripe allows safe and efficient processing of funds via credit card.

2. Paypal

3. Zettle payment link (FINLAND ONLY)

Leave your phone number in the billing information details and I will send you a one-time link which will allow you to fill in your card details and pay instantly. This is a secure payment option, none of your information is stored and as soon as you have paid the link is deactivated. For more information, visit:

4. Wire transfer (FINLAND ONLY)

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with the bank account and reference numbers to make the payment.

5. Mobilepay (FINLAND ONLY)

Type in your phone number or email that is tied to your Mobilepay account in the 'additional information' box before clicking 'finish order' and I will request a payment from you!

6. Cash payment (upon pickup in Tampere)

If you want to pick your order up in Tampere, we can arrange a meeting and you can pay in cash (other payment methods are also okay of course!).


What is your return and exchange policy?

Unfortunately due to hygiene reasons and the small nature of my business, returns and exchanges are currently unavailable. 


I have not received a confirmation email for my order.

Confirmation emails may sometimes end up in the junk mail folder. If you still cannot find it, please contact me via email or on Instagram and I will figure it out! 


The product I want to purchase is out of stock. Will there be more available?

I will aim to restock sold out items if I have the materials available to make more. If there is a specific item that you are interested in, message me and I will try make it available again as soon as possible.


What kind of hooks come with the earrings?

All earrings come with stainless steel hooks, but if you want/need, you can purchase a pair of sterling silver hooks for each pair of earrings you are ordering and I will swap them for you! They can be found in the 'extras' category of the shop. If you are not getting them for all of the earrings you order, please specify which ones you need them to be swapped for in the 'additional information' box before clicking 'finish order'.


I am not sure which size of pom pom earrings to get.

There are four sizes of pom poms available:

S: 3cm diameter + 3cm chain

M: 3.5cm diameter + 3cm chain

L: 4cm diameter + 3cm chain

XL: 5cm diameter + 4cm chain

I will alter the length of the chains upon request (write your request in the 'additional information' box before clicking 'finish order'.
